Episode 5 wraps filming
Sorry for the delay in sending this. I've been busy covering the Iran-Israel-U.S. situation.
On our first day of shooting this past weekend we had a scene where a woman got shot in the leg at around 2 p.m., then we went to a scene in Chicago's affluent River North neighborhood at a Lou Malnati's which is my second favorite pizza restaurant ever, with Pizzeria Regina in Boston's North End being number one.
My cohost had some super interesting observations about the differences in how police behaved at the two scenes. You’ll just have to watch the show to find out his thoughts.
On our second day of shooting, we went to a scene where an 11-year-old was shot in the back while running away. That scene stuck with the entire crew and we talked about it a lot both on- and off-camera
Next weekend I'm excited to announce we have a fantastic cohost, and the same goes for the July 4 episode.
