Editing disaster update

I have a bit of a sad update on the editor. I have not heard from him since the one email he sent apologizing for the delay in editing, and explaining his laptop was in Barcelona, while he was in Venice.

He has not answered any messages that I’ve sent him, and my email tracker says he did receive the messages and open them.

I’m guessing his bag is permanently lost, along with his laptop and hard drive. This means he will likely have to re-edit episode 3 when he gets back to the U.S. and that will also mean he’s going to miss the deadlines for all the following episodes. He said he would be gone until the end of this week, so I’m going to message him when he gets back to the U.S. and see what the latest update is.

If he’s still non-responsive when he gets back to the U.S., I will hire another editor.
